About the Role
A ticket operations intern is responsible for managing game day ticketing operations as well as providing customer service to ensure a smooth ticketing process.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner to address issues and provide assistance
- Communicate relevant information, policies, and procedures to customers
- Confirm tickets of all game-day attendees to ensure accurate attendance statistics
- Generate reports as needed to track ticket sales and analyze attendance
- Accurately open ticketing for games via an assigned ticketing platform
- Handle external media requests and special guest lists
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in customer relations
- Sports and entertainment knowledge preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Must reside in the Phoenix Metro Area (Jun-Aug)
- Microsoft excel skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of ticketing platforms
